It applies to personal information collected through our website (oppeinfurniture.co.nz), in our showroom, and by telephone or email.

- -Communications: messages you send us via email, contact form, or phone
We only collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for our business functions. We will not collect information in an unnecessarily intrusive way.

- -Stripe (payment processing) - your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are subject to their Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy
- -Delivery and freight providers - your name, address, and contact details are shared as necessary to fulfil your order
- -IT and hosting service providers who assist in operating our website and systems
- -Professional advisers (lawyers, accountants) where required
- -Law enforcement or regulatory bodies if required by law

5. Overseas Transfer of Information
Some of our service providers are based outside New Zealand, including Stripe (United States) and Cloudinary (United States).
